CONTENT
This document contains my CONTRACT LAW EXAM RUN-DOWNS (summaries), studied in semester 2 of 2014 at the University of Melbourne. For each topic of the course, the RUN-DOWN sets out a logical structure for answering a hypothetical, which includes issues, law and fact examples from the cases. I followed the structure set out in the document almost exclusively during the final exam, only using case notes for particularly complicated issues and the essays.
The RUN-DOWNS are an excellent reference point for students who are confused about how to structure a hypothetical answer, and are seeking a brief and straight-forward overview of the relevant law.
** NOTE: This document DOES NOT contain CASE NOTES. Students should use the RUN-DOWNS as a study aid, in conformity with their institution’s academic honesty policies.**
**NOTE: Material relevant to “INCORPORATION OF TERMS” was assessed in the interim exam in 2014. Therefore, this material is not included in the document**
